Every Purpose Pod begins with an understanding of each student. Through The Purpose Plan, we identify individual needs, goals, and learning priorities before thoughtfully matching students for a collaborative learning experience.

Purpose Pods follow a consistent schedule established at enrollment. Students are thoughtfully matched based on grade level, subject, learning goals, and scheduling compatibility.
Following the initial 8-session commitment, families may continue in additional session blocks based on availability and continued fit. Final Pod pricing is based on confirmed group size.

Bring Your Own Pod.
Have a sibling, friend, or classmate who could be a great fit? Families can enroll together to create their own Purpose Pod. Students are reviewed for grade level, academic goals, and scheduling compatibility before the Pod begins.
Bring an eligible student and, once the Pod is approved and enrolled, each family receives a $25 credit toward their first 8-session block.

Purpose Pod FAQ
How are students matched for a Purpose Pod?
Students are thoughtfully matched based on grade level, subject, learning goals, and scheduling compatibility. The Purpose Plan helps us understand each student before determining the right Pod placement.
What if a Purpose Pod isn’t currently available for my student?
Purpose Pods begin once an appropriate student match is available. Families are encouraged to bring their own Pod by enrolling with an eligible sibling, friend, or classmate with similar academic needs and goals. If you don’t already have a Pod partner, your student can join our matching list or begin with One-on-One Tutoring while we work to find the right fit.
What happens if a student leaves the Pod?
Your rate will remain the same for the duration of your current 8-session block. Group size and pricing may be reassessed before the next block.
Why is there an 8-session commitment?
Consistency helps students build relationships, establish a learning rhythm, and make meaningful academic progress together. The 8-session commitment also helps maintain a stable and consistent learning environment for every student in the Pod.
