Our Story
Why We Created Purpose Education
Purpose Education was founded on the belief that every student deserves more than a one-size-fits-all approach. After years of teaching in classrooms, tutoring students, and working with families from diverse backgrounds, one truth became clear: meaningful growth begins by understanding the individual learner.
That belief became the foundation of The Purpose Plan — our personalized framework that helps identify where each student is, what they need, and how they will grow. Today, that same philosophy guides every tutoring session, academic program, and family partnership.

Meet the Founder
Nichole Najera
Founder & Education Director
Nichole brings 8+ years of experience in teaching, tutoring, educational consulting, and educator development. Her work has included supporting students across 20+ schools nationwide, leading professional development for educators, and contributing to educational initiatives in New Mexico and the Dominican Republic. With training in evidence-based tutoring from Arizona State University, Nichole oversees Purpose Education’s educational standards, tutor development, and personalized approach to student learning. She is also the creator of The Purpose Plan, Purpose Education’s personalized framework for understanding each student’s strengths, needs, and goals, and creating a clear path for meaningful growth.
Her work is guided by the belief that every student deserves an educational experience designed around who they are.
